About the role
Providing real-time support to independent marketplace contractors, the fully remote Resource Specialist will assist with performance analysis, ensure adherence to client workflows, and facilitate communication between contractors and clients.
Key responsibilities
Offer real-time chat support and host one-on-one sessions with contractors to enhance their performance
Review performance metrics and provide recommendations to meet client goals
Maintain up-to-date client resources and communicate client changes to contractors
Required qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly strong Excel skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Experience providing constructive feedback to agents
Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
