About the role
This position involves delivering specialized services within a clinical and laboratory setting. The successful candidate will engage in diagnostic interpretation, quality assurance, client consultation, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed analyses and provide expert interpretation of clinical data.
Contribute to quality control initiatives and ensure adherence to professional standards.
Collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to address inquiries and deliver optimal solutions.
Support the development of operational processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field and appropriate certifications.
Several years of experience in a specialized professional role; candidates with less experience but exceptional qualifications may also be considered.
Eligibility for applicable licensure in the state of operation; additional licensure is a plus.
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
