Remote | Full-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions We are seeking an experienced, self-driven sales professional to develop new business within the fintech and e-commerce payment processing/acquiring industry. The ideal candidate has previous payment-processing experience and understands the unique needs of specialty risk merchants. This person must be comfortable prospecting independently, managing the entire sales process, and closing opportunities without requiring constant direction. This is a remote role, with a preference for someone who can effectively support and develop business across all USA timezones. The position also requires the ability to travel and attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new merchant-processing opportunities within a variety of e-commerce verticals.• Prospect through outbound calls, email, networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, trade shows, conferences, and industry relationships• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through proposal, underwriting, approval, and closing• Clearly explain card acquiring solutions, pricing, compliance requirements, technology offerings, and onboarding expectations• Work closely with underwriting, compliance, operations, and technical teams to move opportunities efficiently through the onboarding process• Develop long-term relationships with merchants, referral partners, SaaS platforms, channel partners, acquirers, and other industry partners• Maintain an accurate pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue goals• Build, manage, and own a lasting book of business Qualifications• Previous payment-processing, acquiring, fintech, or related merchant services experience is required• Experience working with compliant specialty risk merchants is preferred• Proven ability to prospect, sell, negotiate, and close new business independently• Understanding of merchant underwriting, pricing, technology offerings, and compliance requirements unique to each target vertical• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills• Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable working in a remote environment• Ability to manage multiple opportunities while maintaining consistent follow-through• Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows, conferences, client meetings, and other industry events• Existing industry relationships and/or a transferable network is a plus Compensation• Competitive base salary• Uncapped commissions• Additional Residual income opportunities• Benefits• Opportunity to build and own a long-term book of business Why Join Us?
