About the role
Alta Equipment Group is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Midwest multi-site operation from Michigan, NW Ohio and New Hudson HQ. This role partners with senior leadership to drive people strategies and ensure alignment with our guiding principles. You will handle HR generalist activities (excluding payroll), labor relations for two union agreements, talent development, and training delivery, with travel about 15–20% to regional branches.
