Location: Camelback Rd & 43rd Avenue, Phoenix, AZ

Shift: 1st Shift — 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Urgent Need — Bilingual Preferred

Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate / Data Entry Clerk to support warehouse operations for a transmission refurbishing company. This position involves receiving and organizing transmissions and automotive parts, maintaining inventory records, entering information into the computer system, and preparing orders for shipment.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and organize transmissions and automotive parts
Enter part numbers, quantities, work orders, and inventory information into the computer system
Pick and stage parts for production and customer orders
Track inventory and assist with inventory counts
Prepare refurbished transmissions and parts for shipment
Complete shipping labels and paperwork
Report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials
Maintain accurate warehouse and computer records
Keep warehouse areas clean and organized
Follow company safety and material-handling procedures

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Automotive or manufacturing experience is a plus
Ability to lift and move warehouse materials safely
