What You'll Be Doing: Collaborate with CCA team and operations to develop drilling programs and manage drill projects including planning, cost estimation, supervision, and reporting Assist with reserve and resource calculations, pit shell evaluations, and volume estimations for mining operations Create technical maps, drawings, and documentation using ArcGIS and other tools for mine planning and reporting Managing drill campaigns and data through various stages of project development Participate in geological fieldwork, data collection, and geological assessments Support health and safety initiatives across field and office activities What Are We Looking For 3rd year, 4th year, or masters level student working toward a degree in Geology or Engineering Geology Experience in mining and with AutoCAD or mining software is considered an asset Experience around drill rigs and/or core logging is considered an asset Strong observation, critical thinking, and analytical skills Effective communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Must have a valid driver's license and personal transportation Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled#Intern Req ID JR10017618 As part of our hiring process, we may use AI-assisted tools to support the screening and evaluation of candidate applications and interviews.
