About the role

Overview In this role you drive enterprise-wide HR transformation as the TMO ‘mission control,’ aligning cross-functional work with Disney’s strategy. You act as the enterprise orchestrator, surfacing dependencies and accelerating decisions to deliver measurable business impact. You embed agile and AI-enabled ways of working, establishing governance and intake mechanisms for scalable transformation. You’ll partner with senior leaders across HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure initiatives connect to the broader business goals. Compensation / Benefitsbonus and/or long-term incentive unitsmedical benefitsfinancial benefitsother benefits (as applicable) Responsibilities Design, launch, and run the TMO as the enterprise hub for transformation work Align HR and People & Culture initiatives across the enterprise with clear prioritization and sequencing Set cadence, decision rights, escalation paths and forums to keep work moving Embed agile, scalable transformation practices beyond traditional governance Surface external market perspectives on transformation, AI, and operating models Turn strategic priorities into clear workplans with owners, milestones, dependencies, decisions, and outcomes Identify risks and duplication early and drive mitigation Build integrated roadmaps showing progress, risks, and required leadership action Facilitate executive tradeoff decisions across funding, scope, and resources Design and lead governance forums with right agenda and decision context Drive alignment on priorities, sequencing, and action Keep discussions focused on choices, risks, value, and accountability Evolve operating models and AI-enabled ways of working; foster adoption through change management Create tools and dashboards to monitor progress, adoption, benefits, and risks Partner with senior leaders across HR, Workforce Technology, Finance, Operations, and Corporate Functions Act as trusted advisor to transformation sponsors and executives Collaborate with external consulting partners, vendors, and implementation teams Build a high-performing TMO team with coaching and growth paths Create repeatable routines, templates, and standards to scale the work Coordinate with Internal Communications and People Analytics to reinforce adoption Key requirements Proven leadership of modern, large-scale, AI-powered enterprise transformations in large, complex, matrixed organizations Experience building or leading a TMO/PMO or similar transformation function Track record leading HR, workforce, talent, or People & Culture transformation initiatives across people, process, and technology Experience partnering with senior executives and leading governance forums Executive presence Influence without direct authority Strategic thinking with operational rigor Agile portfolio managementOKR-based value realization frameworksAI-enabled operating models
