About the role

Our client is a growing RIA seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience. They’re looking for an experienced client service professional who can serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, provide proactive support to advisors, and take ownership of processes and projects that improve how the firm operates.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, handling day-to-day requests and communications Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, client correspondence, and ongoing service needs Facilitate client onboarding and account maintenance, ensuring requests are completed accurately and efficiently Monitor client account activity and maintain accurate client information and records Coordinate across the team to ensure client requests are handled correctly and in accordance with firm procedures Proactively identify opportunities to improve advisor efficiency, client service, and internal processes Support advisor projects, scheduling, commitments, and business development efforts Take ownership of a firm-level specialty area, such as client onboarding, CRM and technology, family office services, training, or project management Develop and improve workflows, establish best practices, and lead projects within the assigned specialty area Qualifications 5+ years of client service experience preferred; experience within an RIA, wealth management firm, or financial services environment is a plus Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred Experience working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to take ownership, exercise independent judgment, and improve processes Strong organizational and project management skills Securities licensing is a plus and may be required depending on responsibilities
