About the role

Executive Assistant to CEO, Technology Company, Dallas, Texas.The CEO of a rapidly growing technology company is seeking an Executive Assistant to serve as the principal's trusted partner and strategic right-hand. This is an environment where you are expected to leverage technology, including AI tools, to be at the leading edge of executive productivity. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will serve as a trusted liaison among the leadership team. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience, preferably supporting executives in the private equity space. About the Job: Own complex calendar management for the CEO, personal and professional commitments Serve as gatekeeper and liaison to senior leadership, investors, board members, and strategic partners. Prioritize emails and craft correspondence on the CEO's behalf, Manage high-volume communications; draft briefing materials, investor updates, board presentations, and executive summaries Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries Drive special projects and strategic initiatives with others on the executive team. Plan executive events, dinners, board meetings and company offsites. Handle the CEO's expenses Leverage AI tools to improve workflow efficiency, organization, and executive leverage in a technology-driven environment Base Salary Plus Bonus, Comprehensive Health Benefits About You: 7+ years supporting a Founder/CEO, preferably in the private equity space. Bachelor's Degree required Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to improve workflows and productivity; quickly learn new technology and use current AI tools Advanced skills across Microsoft Office Suite Prior exposure to board or investor meeting coordination highly preferred Exceptional organizational judgment and prioritization skills, High emotional intelligence with the ability to anticipate needs, navigate ambiguity, and problem solve with minimal intervention Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the CEOl at all levels, including internal stakeholders, investors and board members Experience planning and managing events; dinners; excellent project management skills; Warm dynamic and motivated to provide "high touch deliverables" at all levels#J-18808-Ljbffr
