The Opportunity: Nova Nav is selectively expanding its Advisory Board and is seeking experienced healthcare executives who can provide strategic guidance as the company grows its presence across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgical centers. We are particularly interested in senior leaders who understand how healthcare organizations evaluate, adopt, and scale new solutions and who can bring perspective across hospital operations, digital health, patient engagement, clinical workflows, or healthcare technology. This is a strategic advisory position designed for experienced executives who want to help shape the growth of an emerging healthcare technology company. As an Advisory Board Member, You May: Provide strategic guidance on Nova Nav's growth within hospitals and health systems. Advise on healthcare operations, patient engagement, digital transformation, and technology adoption. Share insight into how health systems evaluate new solutions, structure purchasing decisions, and implement technology across clinical environments. Provide feedback on Nova Nav's product strategy, positioning, and go-to-market approach. Advise leadership on partnerships, market expansion, and opportunities within the broader healthcare ecosystem. Help Nova Nav better understand the priorities and challenges facing hospital executives, clinicians, and operational teams. Facilitate strategic relationships where appropriate and aligned with your professional network. Ideal Background We are interested in executives and senior leaders with experience across areas such as: Hospital and Health System Leadership Healthcare Operations Digital Health and Healthcare Technology Patient Experience and Patient Engagement Clinical Operations Value-Based Care Healthcare Strategy and Innovation Ambulatory Surgical Centers Health System Partnerships Healthcare Entrepreneurship Relevant backgrounds may include current or former CEOs, COOs, CMOs, Chief Strategy Officers, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, hospital presidents, senior vice presidents, healthcare founders, and other experienced healthcare operators. Experience building, scaling, advising, or working closely with early-stage healthcare companies is particularly valuable.
