About the role

The Hermitage Club at Haystack Mountain in Wilmington, Vermont is seeking a Membership Director to lead the full member experience, drive membership sales, onboarding, and ongoing member engagement in a luxury private-club setting. You will supervise the Member Services Manager, collaborate with Food & Beverage, Events, and other departments, and act as a visible ambassador for the Club, delivering warm, anticipatory service at all times.
