Smart Honda of Des Moines, part of the family-owned Gurley Leep Automotive Family, is looking for a motivated Sales Specialistto join our team. What You'll Do:
Build genuine relationships and guide customers through ano-haggle buying experience Listen to customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget Explain payment options and help customers make confident purchase decisions Provide an exceptional experience from the first interaction through delivery Follow up after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty Connect customers with our Service Department for their ongoing vehicle needs

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Prior sales experience, retail preferred Excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience Valid driver’s license and an acceptable and clean driving record
