About the role
- Maintain a consistent quality bar for curated experiences globally
- Support new market launches with standardized processes
- Define the architecture and evaluation criteria for different experience types
- Identify opportunities to prototype new experiences based on regional insights
- Collaborate with Research to build AI tools that improve curation workflows
- Partner with Product Marketing to create and test new curation strategies
- Advise on merchandising approaches to improve direct bookings and brand visibility
- 12+ years in product marketing, creative direction, or experience design, including 4+ years leading teams
- Proven global and cross-functional leadership experience in a large-scale or technology environment
- Exceptional taste and cultural fluency with the ability to adapt strategies across diverse markets
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex challenges
- Experience leading 0-to-1 initiatives in dynamic environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting ideas to senior leadership
- Self-directed with the ability to navigate emerging technologies, especially AI tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
