About the role
- Provide administrative and operational assistance with daily activities
- Organize and maintain digital files, documents, and company records
- Enter and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal platforms
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities
- Prepare routine reports, documents, and internal communications
- Check information for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with email handling and general correspondence
- Keep records organized, accurate, and current
- Support team members with administrative projects and ongoing tasks
- Handle company and client information with appropriate confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in administration or office support is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time-management and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills and organizational abilitiesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office setup
- Experience working with CRM, ATS, or database platforms
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Experience with calendar and appointment management
- Background in administration, operations, or customer support
