About the role
- Develop creative strategies to generate interest and new business opportunities.
- Experiment with B2B outreach channels, including LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, AI-powered prospecting, and automation.
- Identify potential customers, build relationships, and help turn opportunities into business.
- Research, test, and implement new growth hacks, tools, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Use AI and automation to make prospecting, outreach, and marketing more effective.
- Potentially travel to meet customers, attend trade shows, and develop business relationships (depending on the candidate).
- Work directly with the founder on growth initiatives and other business projects.
- Jump into whatever needs to get done. We’re a small team, and everyone wears multiple hats. Who We’re Looking For:
- AI-native: You use AI tools daily and constantly experiment with new ways to work smarter.
- Growth-obsessed: You genuinely enjoy discovering new B2B marketing tactics, outreach strategies, and growth hacks.
- Scrappy and resourceful: You don’t wait for instructions. You figure things out and make things happen.
- Entrepreneurial: You think like an owner and take initiative.
- Excellent communicator: Strong written and spoken English, with confidence speaking to potential customers.
- Execution-focused: You’d rather test 10 ideas than spend weeks planning one.
- Comfortable with outreach: You’re willing to pick up the phone, send cold emails, and do whatever it takes to create opportunities. Previous experience in B2B sales, marketing, or growth is a plus, but we care much more about your ability to execute, learn quickly, and deliver results.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
