Join Our Team: Commercial Electrical Estimator We are a growing commercial electrical contractor serving Southwestern Pennsylvania and are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who can accurately prepare competitive estimates and help drive the continued success of our company.
Responsibilities: ·        Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial electrical projects.·        Review plans, specifications, and bid documents.·        Perform quantity takeoffs and material pricing.·        Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.·        Collaborate with customers throughout the bidding process.·        Assist with value engineering and budgeting opportunities.·        Maintain organized bid documentation and estimating records.
Preferred Qualifications: ·        Experience estimating commercial electrical construction projects.·        Experience with healthcare facilities, higher education projects, and commercial tenant fit-outs/build-outs is highly preferred.·        Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction methods, and applicable codes.·        Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office.·        Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.·        Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
