We are a woman-led team of strategists and experts passionate about empowering underserved and under-resourced women on their motherhood journey. We are a team of dreamers with a passion for improving maternal health outcomes.We are looking for a remote Entrepreneur intern to join our dynamic team. This is a perfect position for a business-minded individual who wants to start their own business one day. It is a good opportunity to work closely with a start-up in its second year. Be a part of growing and sustaining the company as it launches new products.What you'll do:Create a potential partnership list and leadsCommunicate with potential partnersAssist the founder to manage profit, loss, bookkeepingAssist with a business newsletter to update partnersAssist with identifying contracts, grants, and managing deadlinesAssist with contract applicationsAssist with improving new app development and OKRsOther duties may include virtual community managementWe look for interns who are:Recent graduates or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related fieldCreative strategic thinkers with a knack for problem-solvingHave good writing and finance skillsSelf-starters with a positive attitudePassionate about innovation, healthcare and empowering womenAble to execute in a fast-paced, deadline-driven scrappy team environment with extraordinary attention to detail and follow-throughTech-savvy with strong Excel and PowerPoint or Keynote skillsYou will work for a total of 20 hours a month. Meetings will happen virtually over Zoom. We are intentional about creating a meaningful experience for our interns. This is a very hands-on internship for individuals seeking mentorship. There will be weekly meetings, brainstorming through current projects, and learning the ins & outs of marketing a start-up.
