We produce mobile-first scripted series designed for today's audiences, distributed across streaming, social, influencer, affiliate, and We're looking for a highly creative and strategic Director of Production Marketing to serve as the bridge between Production, Creative, Social Media, Paid Media, PR, Influencer Marketing, and Affiliate Marketing. This role is responsible for ensuring every Chera TV production is not only an exceptional series, but also a powerful marketing asset. Working closely with producers, directors, writers, editors, cast, and executive leadership, you'll help shape marketing strategy from development through release—identifying marketable moments, overseeing promotional content capture, directing creative campaigns, and ensuring every launch feels like a cultural event. The ideal candidate understands both entertainment production and entertainment marketing, with exceptional creative instincts and a strong understanding of what drives engagement, audience growth, social sharing, and subscriber acquisition.
What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with producers, directors, writers, executives, and creative teams throughout development, pre-production, production, and post-production to identify marketing
  • Ensure every series is developed with audience engagement, shareability, and promotional value in mind.and external creative partners to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaign materials.
  • Ideate original creative marketing concepts for every Chera TV release, including key art direction, social campaigns, experiential activations, and launch initiatives.
  • Identify scenes, storylines, performances, and talent moments that can be leveraged across marketing campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive launch strategies, promotional calendars, and marketing rollouts for every series.
On-Set Marketing & Creative Direction:
  • Partner with production teams on key art photo shoots, social content capture, and promotional filming, including creative briefs, reference decks, and on-set creative direction.
  • Oversee capture of behind-the-scenes footage, cast interviews, production photography, promotional videos, social-first content, and talent-driven marketing assets.
  • Ensure every production captures the marketing materials necessary to support successful campaigns before production wraps.
  • Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and photographers to maintain a premium visual identity across all promotional materials.
  • Campaign Development & Asset Production
  • Oversee development and delivery of all marketing assets, including:
Teasers Launch countdown campaigns Episodic promotional content Publisher marketing assets Key art and title treatments Work closely with editors and designers to ensure promotional creative reflects Chera TV's cinematic brand. Select and creatively direct photography, stills, and screen captures that align with each campaign's visual strategy. Maintain internal campaign presentations, creative decks, and launch materials that Talent, Influencer & Audience Marketing Collaborate with cast members to maximize promotional participation. Develop talent-focused social media strategies and promotional campaigns. Coordinate influencer partnerships and creator collaborations aligned with Chera TV'sSupport PR initiatives, publisher partnerships, affiliate marketing, and promotional events Marketing Operations & Performance Build scalable production-to-marketing systems that can support multiple simultaneous releases. Maintain marketing asset libraries and organize promotional materials across all productions. Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and launch calendars across departments. Analyze performance of trailers, promotional videos, paid creative, influencer campaigns, and social content to continuously improve future launches. Assist with marketing budgets, vendor coordination, and project tracking to keep campaigns moving efficiently.
What Success Looks Like: Within your first year, you will: Build a scalable production-to-marketing launch framework across every Chera TV series. Improve the quality and quantity of marketing assets captured during production. Increase trailer views, social engagement, and subscriber acquisition. Develop repeatable systems that streamline launches across departments. Help establish Chera TV as the industry leader in premium vertical entertainment marketing. Raise the creative quality of every marketing touchpoint and ensure every launch reflects Chera TV's premium cinematic brand. Who We're Looking For
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in entertainment marketing, production marketing, studio marketing, streaming marketing, creative marketing, or related fields. Experience working directly with production teams, creative talent, and marketing departments. Strong understanding of social media platforms, short-form video, and entertainment marketing. Experience overseeing creative asset development including trailers, key art, promotional photography, and campaign creative. Strong creative vision and exceptional taste with the ability to elevate marketing across every touchpoint. Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple productions and launch timelines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience at a streaming platform, television studio, production company, entertainment brand, or creative agency. Experience marketing scripted television, digital series, films, or creator-led content. Familiarity with influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and audience growth strategies. Understanding of paid media, subscriber acquisition, and performance marketing. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere experience is a plus).Passion for entertainment, storytelling, and emerging media formats.
