About the role

IQVIA Laboratories in Durham, NC seeks an Automation Staff Scientist to provide hands-on scientific and technical leadership for the development and sustainment of digitally integrated laboratory automation workflows. Lead automated genomic technologies and collaborate across science, operations, quality, technology, and vendors. You will develop and validate automated molecular assays, integrate APIs/LIMS/ELN, and guide teams through experimental designs while pursuing posters and publications.
