Inter Digital is seeking a qualified candidate to join the Wireless Lab as an RAN researcher (Ph. D. completed within the last 5 years or near completion).
The role supports research and development on advanced wireless systems (6G and beyond), creating intellectual property and contributing to standards activities, primarily in 3GPP. The position requires excellent technical expertise, strong communication, and collaboration across global teams, with outreach to the local and international
