Position Summary: The Director of Education provides strategic leadership and oversight of all hospital education programs, including New Employee Orientation (NEO), clinical orientation, competency validation, leadership development, and continuing education. This role ensures that staff at all levels maintain the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver safe, high-quality patient care and comply with accreditation and regulatory standards. The Director collaborates with department leaders to identify learning needs, develop evidence-based education initiatives, and foster a culture of professional growth and lifelong learning across the organization. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
Job Information: This position is for a full-time position as the Director of Education Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive nursing experience, required Minimum of three (3) years in education or leadership role in an acute care setting, requiredMMH offers comprehensive benefits such as:
