Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments to formulate tailored treatment plans that address mental health needs. Facilitate individual therapy sessions, and where appropriate, encompass family, marriage, and group counseling. Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to identify specific treatment requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development through participation in training and workshops. Document treatment progress and outcomes in accordance with clinical and compliance standards. Collaborate with allied health professionals to ensure holistic care for clients with co-occurring disorders. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operational needs of the clinic. Patient Population / Client FocusThe therapist will work with a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families experiencing varying degrees of mental and behavioral health challenges. Our clientele often includes those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be critical in empowering clients to cultivate resilience and implement practical strategies to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications: A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).Strong knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and evidence-based practices. Demonstrated understanding of contemporary trends in individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with patients facing mental health challenges, particularly those with co-occurring disorders. Expertise in facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, along with experience in substance abuse treatment. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to enhance patient care and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually.
