About the role
KW Landscape Architects is seeking a Director to lead our Austin office, shaping design direction, studio culture, and market presence. You will own the business growth, profitability, and long-term success of the studio, guiding design quality across commercial, mixed-use, master planned, civic, hospitality, retail, and multifamily sectors.
Qualifications include:
13–15 years in landscape architecture, PLA licensure, and strong leadership, financial, and client-relations skills.
