KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspire and educate shoppers about the Row 7 brand and vegetable varieties, sharing key culinary and flavor details 60; Prepare, cook, and serve tastings of Row 7 vegetables to shoppers, ensuring that the experience reflects Row 7s culinary excellenceEngage with shoppers on how to prepare Row 7 vegetables at home and answer questions shoppers may have about Row 7 vegetablesSet up inviting product demonstration displays, utilizing Row 7 resources and 60; materials 60; Collaborate with retail partners to ensure demonstration spaces are supplied and replenished with Row 7 vegetablesDrive brand advocacy at the store level by building trusted, lasting relationships with retail team members throughout the seasonAdhere to culinary kit maintenance, inventory, and accountability protocolsDevelop an understanding of and ability to share the Row 7 Culinary Team CurriculumEnsure compliance with food safety best practicesAdministrative responsibilities: make store calls ahead of demos to confirm schedule and product availability. Fill out forms regarding store calls, merchandising, and demos.
