About the role
The remote Quality Monitoring Specialist I will monitor and review call center operations, score calls according to company policies, identify training needs, and participate in call scoring calibration sessions on a part-time basis.
Key responsibilities
Research, identify, and monitor an assigned volume of calls
Provide trend data to management through call monitoring
Assist in designing call monitoring formats and quality standards
Required qualifications
Associate degree in business, finance, communication, compliance, or 2 years of relevant experience in audit, compliance, or call center management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
Ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders
Strong capability to interpret and follow written, oral, or diagram instructions
