In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal Account Managers, ensuring accurate order delivery, quick problem resolution, and 5-star service.This is not a remote position; it is located at our North Denver, Colorado, corporate office.Salary Range: $19.50 - $21.00 Per HourWhat You'll Do:Order Management: Process purchase orders, verify pricing/terms, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure prompt delivery.Account Support: Assist low-volume Account Managers using our internal sales and order management systems.Customer Communication: Answer inbound calls and emails regarding order status, shipping, and product inquiries.Issue Resolution: Professionally resolve customer complaints via phone or email with empathy and speed.Team Collaboration: Meet department efficiency metrics and maintain positive cross-departmental relationships.
