CRNA-Full-Time-Bakersfield Memorial Hospital Coachella Valley Anesthesia is seeking both new graduate and experienced CRNAs to join our growing team at a busy, high-volume hospital in Bakersfield, California. This is an excellent opportunity for CRNAs looking for true autonomy, a broad range of cases, and a supportive practice environment. Compensation & Benefits:
  • $190–$210 per hour, depending on experience1099 independent contractor position
  • Guaranteed weekly hours

Schedule: Flexible scheduling8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts availableCRNAs participate in backup call coverage
Qualifications:
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Active California licensure
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
