Each runs a facility in Las Vegas, Henderson, or North Las Vegas, but they serve very different brands, so the right pick depends on your volume, channels, and products. Our WMS was rated at or above the level of the leading platforms in the market across the functions that actually run a warehouse: receiving, inventory, order fulfillment, reporting. Three areas stood out specifically: returns management, value-added services, and labor management, the parts of the job that are hardest to fake and easiest to notice when they go wrong. Most guides to warehouse management systems stop at the definition. That’s useful once. It doesn’t help you in the room when a 3PL is walking you through a demo and you need to know whether what you’re looking at will actually hold up at your order volume. This post covers the exact questions to ask, in order, before you sign with a 3PL.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
