About the role

Newtown United Methodist Church is seeking a Part-Time Organist to provide organ music for Sunday morning worship, including preludes and postludes, and to accompany hymns and the church choir. This role supports seasonal and special services throughout the year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in organ performance, strong sight-reading, reliability and clear communication. Membership at the church is not required, and a private office with a computer is provided as a benefit.
