Pay$153,000~$195,000 per year Salary Details Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Requirements
Education: Doctoral degree (DDS or DMD) from an accredited dental school. Licensure: Active and valid State Dental License in Texas. Clinical Competency: Proven proficiency in general dentistry, including restorative procedures, extractions, and endodontics. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of dental terminology, oral anatomy, and aseptic techniques. Compliance: Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient safety protocols. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic patient counseling.
Job Description: Comprehensive Care: Perform detailed dental examinations, patient assessments, and healthcare diagnoses to develop individualized treatment plans. Clinical Procedures: Deliver a wide range of services, including restorative work, complex dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. Surgical & Specialized Care: Conduct oral surgeries and endodontic procedures using precise aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Patient Counseling: Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventative care to promote long-term wellness and informed consent. Digital Integration: Operate medical imaging equipment and manage patient records efficiently using systems such as Dentrix or Eaglesoft. Team Synergy: Collaborate in a four-handed dentistry environment to maximize clinical efficiency and enhance the patient experience. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA regulations, patient confidentiality, and healthcare infection prevention standards.
