Role Description:
This is a part-time remote role for a Planning Assistant, where you will work as part of our Reservation Management Team and will be responsible for coordinating and managing event logistics, assisting clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communication with clients, hotels, and vendors, along with administrative duties related to each trip or formal. Intended to take 4-5 flexible hours of work a week (ideally afternoons on Monday and Friday) throughout the school year. Plus a paid 3-night trip anywhere in the U.S. included over the Summer of 2027.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service Experience with Event Planning and Event Management Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and remotely
