About the role
- Manage team calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Manage email correspondence Use a CRM system or lead management tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inquiries and requests from LPs and GPsDevelop and maintain a library of templates for commonly used communication materials
- Coordinate the logistics of panelists and speakers, including managing travel and accommodations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless and professional event experience
- Prepare and distribute event invitations, confirmations, and other communications, ensuring that all attendees are informed and prepared
- Organize and maintain LPs/GPs files, documents, and other materials, ensuring that they are easily accessible and up-to-date
- Design and create forms for various purposes, including surveys, feedback forms, and data collection
- Manage attendee lists and ensure that all attendees have been properly registered and uploaded Send out notifications and reminders to attendees
- Perform other related duties as required
- Extremely strong organizational skills A quick worker, who can multi-task as appropriate and knows when to hustle
- Quick to learn new programs and systems
- Strong email and tech skills
- Strong analytical, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skillsA “people person” who enjoys relationship-building
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to travel as needed
