Practice Info At St. Joseph Hospital, our Cardiac team will be comprised of an Anesthesiologist, who will work together to deliver exceptional care Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world Integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups Actively participate in committees and leadership roles to support quality and process improvement
Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for a variety of complex cardiac procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, arrhythmia surgeries, and other cardiac interventions Work closely with a high-performing cardiac surgery team that works together to ensure the highest level of care for our patients Compensation Annual compensation between $550k – $585k Commencement bonus of up to $50K Shift & Schedule Various flexible scheduling options, including W2 or 1099 Week 1: Daytime OR cases (Monday – Friday) Week 2: Daytime OR cases (Monday through Friday) + home pager call (nights and weekends) Week 3: No clinical obligations
Requirements: Board certified/eligible Cardiac Fellowship trained Authorized to work in the United States
