About the role
- Execute and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) activities in compliance with AS9100 and applicable regulatory requirements.· Maintain quality procedures, work instructions, forms, records, document control, and revision control.· Support FAA and EASA compliance activities and translate regulatory requirements into operational compliance checks.· Prepare audit evidence and participate in internal, customer, certification, and regulatory audits.· Document audit findings, track corrective actions, and verify implementation effectiveness.· Support Safety Management System (SMS) activities, hazard identification, safety reporting, and compliance data tracking.· Support CAPA, root cause analysis, risk management, and identification of recurring quality trends.· Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality Control, and Supply Chain to ensure QMS and compliance requirements are followed.· Maintain QA metrics and prepare reports highlighting compliance gaps, trends, and emerging risks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.· 3–7+ years of experience in quality assurance or a regulated industry environment.· Experience working within an AS9100 or ISO-based Quality Management System.· Working knowledge of document control, record retention, compliance verification, and corrective action processes.· Familiarity with FAA/EASA regulatory requirements and audit processes preferred.· Strong attention to detail, technical documentation, data tracking, and procedural discipline.· Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.· Quality certifications or Safety Management System (SMS) training are a plus.
