Provider Enrollment Specialist
Location: Concord, NH Pay Rate: $17/hr (W2)
Duration: 3-month contract Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented Provider Enrollment Specialist to support provider onboarding, data management, and issue resolution. This role requires strong accuracy, communication, and customer service skills to meet turnaround and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates in the system
  • Accurately manage provider data within internal databases
  • Verify required documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Meet established turnaround times and accuracy benchmarks
  • Communicate with providers via phone and email for follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Assist providers with enrollment-related inquiries and concerns
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standards
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)1–2 years of experience in a business or administrative environment Provider credentialing experience is a plus
