About the role

Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM Responsibilities Support team members in achieving individual and collective performance targets. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative processes. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for administrative functions. Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Handle correspondence and communication with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks. Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating team activities. Implement and improve administrative processes for efficiency. Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration. Conduct research and compile reports to assist management decisions. Assist in onboarding new employees and training them on administrative tasks. Experience/Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective correspondence. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Proven experience in administrative support roles within a fast-paced environment. Experience with performance tracking and reporting on administrative functions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in office software and tools to enhance productivity. Strong problem-solving skills to implement process improvements. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
