Hours:
8:00 am - 8:00 pm 12 HOUR SHIFTS Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation Schedule Pay: $16.50 Job Summary: We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join a manufacturing team producing lightweight plastic containers used for personal care products such as baby wipes and feminine hygiene products. This is a light industrial position with minimal machine operation and is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Inspect finished plastic containers for quality and defects. Scan completed products using a barcode scanner. Pack inspected products into boxes according to production standards. Perform light machine operation as needed. Keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and quality guidelines. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable transportation and good attendance.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
