About the role
- (Required Skills/Experience):This position requires an active U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
- Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- Successful candidates must be able to secure Program access approval
- Employment start date would be determined based upon program need and obtaining clearance
- (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with multiple material types.
- Frequent interaction with internal personnel in the manufacturing environment and occasionally with inter-organizational personnel and external customers.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and 3D models.
- Strong skills in PC-DMIS, Metrolog, Polyworks, Verisurf, CAPPS-NC and/ or Spatial Analyzer software
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially with ExcelStrong knowledge of SAPCATIA / ENOVI A/ 3DX/ NX / Vericut
- Beyond Compare/ Notepad ++Understanding of the master scheduling requirements
- Ability to take a project from start to finish
- Willingness to work cross-functionally
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred but not required, subject to experience in Aerospace, Quality, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering or other related course of study a plus but not required.
- Six Sigma Green Belt, other LEAN certification, or experience
