Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent - TempeLicensed Healthcare Agent (LHA) makes a difference in people's lives by facilitating insurance sales presentations, conversations and discussions over an omni-channel platform. In this role you will connect with prospects through various communication channels, including but not limited to inbound and outbound phone calls, web chat, text and email to deliver consumer specific details explaining the features and benefits of the products and enroll new members into a product that best fits their needs. LHA is also responsible for assisting existing members in understanding current benefits and addressing relevant questions regarding their healthcare plan. As an LHA, you will play a critical role in Bright's success as a front-line representative of the organization, working on a team to drive overall membership enrollment and satisfaction.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Licensed Healthcare Agent (LHA) job description is intended to point out major responsibilities within the role, but it is not limited to these items.Conduct omni-channel sales discussions for IFPs (individual family plans) and enroll eligible prospects using the prospects communication channel of choiceFollow-up on leads by calling prospects and scheduling tele sales appointmentsFollow-up with existing members to ensure their understanding and satisfaction with coverageUnderstand all elements of product portfolio and associated eligibility guidelines for various election periodsMaintain solid working knowledge of competitor products in the market and how to sell against eachLearn and deeply understand the products and services offered through Bright Health Plan, including available products, networks, competitors, historic performance, past and upcoming changes to the market, market nuances (cultural and ethnic make-up, neighborhoods, care partners and providers), prior and future disruptions, key agencies and producers, market share, etc.Experience/Requirements:Two + years of selling health insurance (client will consider someone with one year experience)LHA license for state of AZExcellent communication skillsLICENSURES AND CERTIFICATIONS An active, unrestricted Accident, Health and Life license in the state of Arizona is requiredPackage DetailsWhat you need to knowGrowth company with excellent benefits - On site, no remoteLive or able to commute to Tempe,AZ - Selling IFPs, NOT Medicareinternal notesRelevant Job Updates: * 7/16/20: commissions have been varied: $10 for phone enrollment $5 for chat enrollment $3 for setting up recurring payments $1 for each payment processed
