Job Description: Job Description Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate We are looking for a dependable and experienced Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. This position will be responsible for safely operating multiple types of material-handling equipment while assisting with general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up/reach forklifts, and cherry pickers/order pickers
  • Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Pull, stage, and put away inventory accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and general warehouse duties
  • Verify products, quantities, and inventory locations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications: Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience required Hands-on experience operating all of the following is required:
  • Sit-down forklift
  • Stand-up/reach forklift
  • Cherry picker/order picker
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Forklift certification is preferred, but additional training may be provided as required
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required
  • Ability to safely climb on and off warehouse equipment
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform repetitive physical tasks
