Gong is seeking a Head of Compensation to lead the strategy, design, and execution of global compensation programs that support our growth and business objectives. This leader will shape Gong’s compensation philosophy, scale infrastructure, and ensure programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned to our strategy in a fast-growing, pre-IPO environment. You will partner with executives across Finance, Talent, and HR to drive analytics, benchmarking, governance, and executive compensation
