We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney with expertise defending a wide variety of matters, who is eager to deliver exceptional client service and grow alongside an established book of commercial clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary range: $200,000-$400,000, commensurate with experience Annual bonus, monthly production bonus, and originations Profit sharing tied to firm performance Hybrid remote: 3 days in-office per week, flexible based on case demands 401(k) match, full medical/dental/vision coverage, and generous PTOCareer GrowthA dedicated Real Estate and Complex Commercial practice group and a robust litigation team. You'll have experienced colleagues and institutional resources behind every case Merit-based path to partnership. Advancement reflects your contribution, not your class year Dedicated marketing budget and BD coaching for every associate You'll inherit an active caseload of existing clients. Business development is encouraged but not a prerequisite for advancement Matters include partnership disputes, equity/shareholder disputes, property management disputes, contract and business torts litigation, land use and zoning disputes, construction litigation and more Culture Attorney attrition rate below the Am Law 200 median Average attorney tenure of 5+ years across California offices
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the California Bar required.2-10+ years of experience handling real estate and commercial litigation; Senior Associate, Counsel and Partner opportunities available for more experienced individuals Strong command of court procedures, discovery practice, and trial preparation Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently from intake through resolution If you're an experienced Real Estate/Commercial Litigation Attorney ready to work with top-tier commercial clients in a firm that's transparent about what it offers and what it expects, we'd like to talk!
