Pay range: $37,000-$50,000 per year This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent.
