Insurance Sales Position Location: SAN ANTONIO, TX, 78232 Salary: $40000.0 - $60000.0/year Experience: 1 Year(s) Position: Insurance Sales Location: In person in San Antonio airport area Role Description: As an Account Representative you are vital to our daily business operations. You grow the agency through meaningful customer interactions. You provide educational information helping customers understand their needs and making coverage selections. You improve the lives of others by asking key questions to reveal the customers needs and proactively provide insurance solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer accounts and maintain current relevant information Assist customers with policy changes and decisions Coordinate with underwriters to ensure proper structuring and timely issuance Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations BENEFITS: Base Salary plus Commission with weekly incentives Bonus incentives Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days) Retirement plan Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office QUALIFICATIONS: Strong customer service and communication skills Previous sales or customer interaction experience Previous insurance experience preferred Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
