Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Develop and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, KPIs, and executive reports. Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deliverables across technical teams. Support change management governance, CAB activities, and documentation compliance. Analyze performance, cost, security, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities. Maintain compliance evidence repositories and reporting artifacts. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. US Citizenship is contractually required. Bachelors degree from an accredited university. Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall work experience. Experience in governance, PMO, reporting, or operational analysis experience. Strong analytical and report-writing skills. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar reporting platforms. Experience supporting federal IT programs or operations. What Would Be Nice To Have: ITIL Foundation Certification. Experience supporting AWS or cloud-based programs. Knowledge of Agile metrics, SRE metrics, and DevOps reporting. Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and workflow automation. Experience supporting FISMA or federal compliance initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $61,000.00-$101,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
