Looking for a hands-on job where hard work can pay off? Join our Nampa manufacturing team as a Production Assembly Specialist. You'll start with a guaranteed $20/hour training rate for your first 45 days while you learn the job, equipment, quality standards, and production processes. After training, you'll transition to an $18+/hour base rate, based on experience, plus production incentive, giving you the opportunity to earn $20+/hour based on performance. Have previous manufacturing experience? Your base rate after training may be higher based on your skills and experience.
What You'll Do: As a Production Specialist, you'll work as part of a team to build quality products and keep production moving safely and efficiently. Build and assemble products to customer specifications Operate hand tools, production equipment, and machinery Measure, inspect, and verify your work for quality Read and follow work instructions and production requirements Work with your team to hit daily production goals Identify issues and help keep production moving Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Learn multiple jobs and processes through cross-training Follow established safety and quality standards
