About the Role: As a Balloon Handler, you'll be responsible for transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary environments through the art of balloon decor. Your skilled hands will bring color, joy, and excitement to events across Nashville.
What You'll Do: Create stunning balloon arrangements, arches, columns, and custom designs Collaborate with event planners to execute client visions Manage inventory and ensure proper handling of materials Set up and break down balloon installations at various venues Maintain quality control standards for all balloon creations Contribute creative ideas to expand our balloon design offerings
