About the role
Circle is seeking a capital markets leader to drive USDC adoption across the repo and derivatives ecosystem in the United States. You will work with primary dealers, swap dealers, and market infrastructure providers to design, pilot, and implement secure USDC integrations. The role combines market structure, regulation, and product execution. This hands-on position requires deep experience in traditional capital markets, with a focus on repo markets, and the ability to negotiate strategic deals
