Incident Management & Prevention Analyst
Location: Universal City, CA Duration: 12 months Role: Support identity verification, fraud prevention, incident management, and process improvement through video-based identity verification, evidence review, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct video calls for identity verification and review supporting documentation. Follow verification guidelines and document findings accurately. Support fraud/incident prevention and detection activities. Gather evidence and use threat detection/fraud analysis tools. Maintain and improve verification processes and documentation. Create reports and analyze data using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools. Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Order-to-Cash, Cybersecurity, and Controllership teams. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Must-Have:24 years experience in fraud prevention, identity verification, or related risk/incident management. Video-based identity verification experience preferred. Strong written/verbal communication and professional video-call skills. Experience with Excel, Power BI, reporting, data analysis, and documentation. Ability to gather evidence, document findings, and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
Preferred: Fraud detection/automation tools. Incident management or cybersecurity experience. CFE, CFCS, or CFF certification. Spanish, Italian, German, or French language skills.
