Experience in leading a product organization through significant changes, such as platform repositioning or migration to the cloud, is essential. The role demands a practical AI product mindset, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to build and lead a product team. While not mandatory, experience in broadcast media or related verticals, and familiarity with the specific needs and dynamics of large broadcast organizations, is highly preferred.
